PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blank for a paper container free from cracks occurring on rules even in the case of the blank comprising a ruled paper sheet formed with an overcoat layer on a paper base and having a gloss with surface glossiness of 60 or more at an incident angle of 60 deg..
