PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical working machine capable of helically winding the end part of a conductor wire with relatively simple constitution. SOLUTION: This helical working machine is provided with the winding core (8) of the conductor wire, positioning and fixing mechanisms (10 and 11) for bringing the conductor wire (2) into contact and arranging it obliquely to the winding core, a guide (7) provided with a helical end face (7A) abutted to the positioned conductor wire and capable of being displaced in the axial direction of the winding core integrally with the fixing mechanism and a winder (20) for revolving with the winding core as a center while being in contact with the conductor wire abutted to the helical end face and supplying pressurizing force to the centripetal direction of the winding core and thrust to the helical end face to the conductor wire while revolving. When the winder revolves while pressurizing the conductor wire to the winding core, the winder presses the conductor to the helical end face while winding it around the winding core and propels the guide in the direction of separating from the winder proportionally to a revolving angle and thus, the conductor wire is helically formed.
