Stable, one-component, curable epoxy resin and polyamide resin dispersions a nd methods for their preparation, wherein the polyamide resin is a polymerized fatty acid polyamide resin; the curable compositions, used as laminating agents, adhesives, potting and casting resins, show improved shelf life.
