PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer-housing vessel by which the image quality is improved by improving the circulation of the developer, suppression deteriora tion, stabilized feeding, while realizing a large capacity of the developer housing vessel. SOLUTION: The toner housing vessel (developer container) 16 for housing toner (developer) which is attachable/detachable to/from the image forming device main body is provided with plural agitation members 22A to 22C for agitating/transporting the toner by plural agitation wing members 22A to 22C. The rotary speed ωA of an agitation member 20A positioned nearest to a developing sleeve 18 for carrying the toner is made to be fastest, and the agitation radius rA of the agitation wing member 22A positioned nearest to the developing sleeve 18 is made to be smallest.
