PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To gather as marketing data 'where and over what action, i.e., in what action state and circumferential state' a user uses a virtual shop. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with an order data generating means which generates order data when a user orders an article or service to a shop side, a user state data generating means which generates data regarding the action state of the user or circumferential state when the article or service is ordered, a relating means which relates the order data from the order data generating means and the user state data from the user state data generating means to each other, and a transmitting means which sends those related order data and user state data to a computer on the virtual shop side. |
