PURPOSE: A method for providing a chatting service for leading a sound chatting culture on the Internet is provided to activate a chatting site, and to lead a sound chatting culture by applying mileages added according to the amount purchased of a purchaser at an Internet shopping mall to the chatting site. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a chatting site provided from a shopping mall web site and performs a login(901a). In case that a chatting is started, contents of the chatting are divided into words and stored in a chatting contents database(903a). A sound chatting operation server judges whether the use of chatting language is sound. The degree of soundness is converted into mileage marks(905a). The sound chatting operation server outputs useful information(907a). The server counts the time used for chatting site and converts the time into the mileage marks(909a). The server outputs a sign of soundness(911a).
