PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation box which can accurately prevent deflection of a lid member on the internal surface side of a lid body owing to the dead load of cold accumulating members, even if the structure of holding the cold accumulating members are held by the lid member on the internal surface side. SOLUTION: A plurality of connection parts 2g, extending to a lid member 2c on the internal surface side of a lid 2, are arranged almost at the central part of a lid member 2b on the external surface side thereof at a hollow part of the lid, and the connection parts 2g are connected separately to the internal surface side lid member 2c with screws 5. This prevents the internal surface side lid member 2c from being deflected by its own weight of cold storage members 3.
