摘要 The method involves using a tension device (1) with a prestressing jack (8) that abuts a counter bearing and engages a spindle (2) that is non-positively connected to apply tension to the component. The non-positive tension connection is formed between the component and a piston (11). The component is prestressed and tension forces are braced at a tension frame. The component is then released and the jack is repositioned for the next component. The prestressing jack is brought into position with the spindle axis abutting the counter bearing. A conventional mechanical wrench (23) turns an anchor nut (7) onto a threaded end of the spindle 8 cm above the counter bearing, until it abuts a cross head (6) of the tension frame or shell. The side of the piston facing the spindle has a catcher (13) that is opened over the free end of the threaded spindle end. In the open position, jaw segments (17) of the catch that are conical on the outside and cylindrical on the inside are pressed from a hydraulic piston (15) against a sleeve (22) that corresponds to the outer contour (20) of the segments and is connected to an end flange (12). The pressing jack pulls the spindle to apply tension. The wrench turns the anchor nut and fixes the prestressing at the counter bearing. The piston with the socket is moved forwards, the jaw segments are released and pressed outwards by a bracing spring (21) and the threaded end of the spindle is released.
