PURPOSE: Disclosed are an ocher bio mortar and method for manufacturing thereof to prevent a cold etc. by improving insulation efficiency and dam control faculty in accordance with character of ocher component using mortar as plastering material by adding ocher, quartz sand and anhydrous gypsum. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing ocher bio mortar comprises first step to crush ocher, quartz sand and anhydrous gypsum with fixed grain size or less using crusher; second step to remove moisture by drying crushed ocher, quartz sand and anhydrous gypsum; third step to mix 50-60 pts.wt of ocher, desirably 54 pts.wt, 30-35 pts.wt of quartz sand, desirably 33 pts.wt, 8-12 pts.wt of anhydrous gypsum, desirably 10 pts.wt; fourth step to stir by blending 3 pts.wt of natural orange tree sap as natural hardening agent into the mixture of ocher, quartz sand and anhydrous gypsum.
