PURPOSE: A device deciphering a mobile bar code is provided to sense a bar code being written on a surface positioned in any direction by constructing a bar code sensing unit rotatably and being separately from a main body. CONSTITUTION: A main body having a bar code sensing unit, a cable and a hollow member comprises the first half portion(20) and the latter half portion(40). A terminal connection jack is combined at the lower portion of the main body. The first half portion(20) comprises the first half left member(22) and the first half right member formed symmetrically according to central line. The first half left member(22) has a semicircle combining member being protruded in the outer direction at the end portion thereof. The size of the outer semidiameter of the end portion of the semicircle combining member is more than that of the starting portion of the semicircle combining member. The first half right member has the same shape and is symmetric with respect to the first half left member(22). An opening(60) is formed at the upper direction of the first half right member and the first half left member(22). The latter half portion(40) comprises the latter half left member(42) and the latter half right member formed symmetrically according to central line. Another opening is formed at the end portion of the latter half left member(42). The size of the opening is more than that of the starting portion of the semicircle combining member. The latter half right member has the same shape and is symmetric with respect to the latter half left member(42).
