PURPOSE: A method for generating and using a color bar code using the Internet is provided to move to an Internet site for a product by coloring a bar code, and by reading the bar code with a PC camera or a bar code reader. CONSTITUTION: A color bar code generation program is installed in a computer. The program is executed. Information on a product and an Internet address are inputted to the program. The information inputted is transmitted to a database. The database generates a bar code from the information. Various colors are colored on a black part of the bar code generated. The color bar code generated from the database is transmitted to a user's PC. Data transmitted to the computer are stored in a hard drive. The color bar code stored is printed with a color bar code printer. The color bar code printed is attached.
