PURPOSE: A method for preventing corrosion of a steel product and performance deterioration of an inorganic material is provided to reduce the neutralized part to alkalinity, consistently maintain alkalinity through chemical reaction in inorganic materials including a steel product, prevent corrosion through fixing of Cl¬- ions, and maintain triple corrosion preventing effect through passivation of the steel product. CONSTITUTION: The method for preventing corrosion of a steel product and performance deterioration of an inorganic material comprises the process of agitating an aqueous solution containing a plural types of inorganic salts having alkalinity recovery and neutrality preventing effects and continuously coating the agitated aqueous solution several times on the surface of an inorganic material in which a steel product is reinforced, thereby impregnating the surface of the inorganic material, wherein one of the aqueous solution containing a plural types of inorganic salts is a silicate having a 15 wt.% or less of solid, and a mole ratio of the silicate is 2.0 to 5.3.
