PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cutting efficiency of hair including long hair and frizzy hair with a front and back pair of inner blades and two outer blades in sliding contact with each inner blade. SOLUTION: The front and back pair of the first inner blade 2 and the second inner blade 3 are arranged on the upper part of a case 1. The first outer blade 7 and the second outer blade 8 are sliding with the first inner blade 2 and the second inner blade 3 respectively in sectional arch shape. Slit 16 groups and long hole 15 groups that are effective for cutting long hair are arranged on the first outer blade 7. Small hole 22 groups that are shorter in length in the front and rear direction compared with the long hole 15 is arranged to make deep shaving possible.
