PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image output system capable of constructing a simple and inexpensive security system by using a FAX. SOLUTION: This system consists of an information fetching means 2 fetching an image or a voice as information, a triggers 1 for starting the information fetching means 2, a notifying means 3 notifying that the information fetching means 2 fetches the information, an outputting means 4 outputting the information fetched to an output device or an answering device, an answering means 5 performing answering when an answer has to be made to the outputted information or notification made by the notifying 3 and a FAX outputting means 6 outputting the information fetched by the information fetching means 2 or its relevant information to a FAX 50.
