SOLUTION: An aluminum fixed shaft 12 protruded from a balancing rivet body 11 is frictionally compression-bonded to the iron or steel balancing rivet body 11 to form the balancing rivet 1. The fixed shaft 12 of the balancing rivet 1 is welded or compression-bonded to the aluminum rotationally driving shaft 2.
