摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plywood manufacturing method capable of obtaining sufficient bonding strength when the plywood is to be manufactured by using an aqueous polymer-isocyanate bonding agent. SOLUTION: The plywood manufacturing method includes an accumulating process in which the aqueous polymer-isocyanate bonding agent is applied on veneers and then the veneers in the accumulated state are left as they are and a plurality of veneers are bonded ail together and a clamping process for clamping a plurality of bonded veneers. A water content of veneers to be used is 5-20%. The accumulating time of the veneers is 1-12 minutes. In the clamping process, the veneers are clamped at the normal temperature for 10 minutes or more (cold rolling process). Also in the clamping process, the veneers can be clamped at 110-115 deg.C for a short time after the cold rolling process (hot rolling process). The cold rolling pressure is 690 kPa (7 kgf/cm2) or more.
