PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent wiper lessening fatigue of driver's eyes. SOLUTION: In this wiper, a wiper arm 10 is made of a transparent hard synthetic resin material, while its surface is formed with a transparent coating film. The wiper arm 10 is formed with an air supply passage 20, and plural nozzles 22 in a portion of the wiper arm 10 facing a windshield. The air supply passage 20 communicates and connects with the respective nozzles 22. By blowing air onto the windshield from the wiper arm 10 with swinging the wiper arm 10 around the base part side, water drops or snow adhering to the windshield is wiped away.
