PURPOSE: A method for making out and providing a list of persons concerned by members and categories using a computer network is provided to thoroughly manage persons concerned on the basis of a list automatically made out by enabling a user to become a member of a service provider, and by enabling the user to easily receive lists of persons concerned in a category. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a web server(S21). The user inputs an identification number and a password(S22). The user is registered as a member(S23). The web server enables the user to select a category of a list to be made(S24). Personal information and relevant information of persons concerned in the category are collected from the web server(S25). The list composed of personal information and relevant information is generated in the form of card(S26). In case that the member or a permissible person makes a request for providing the list(S27), the web server provides the list stored in a database to the member or the permissible person(S28).
