PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to wind up a mulch film even from an oblique direction in a peeling apparatus for the mulch film. SOLUTION: This peeling apparatus is equipped with a rotary table 51 centering a rotary shaft 54 and circularly moving along a circular guide rail 57 on a self-propelling truck 3 having a front wheel 1 and a rear wheel 2 and a winding apparatus 4, a driving engine 5 therefor, a guiding roller 7 for guiding the mulch film to the winding apparatus 4, a stopping apparatus 9 for reducing an engine speed when overloaded, etc., are mounted on the rotary table 51. The mulch film laid on an adjacent ridge can be peeled and wound up from the oblique direction when the rotary table 51 is fixed, e.g. at the oblique position.
