PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reading in a format whose degree of freedom is high such as vertical writing. SOLUTION: An inside document D2 is embedded in an outside document D1 so that a file F10 in an HTML format can be prepared. A start code C1 and an end code C2 constituted of note lines are inserted into the front and rear parts of the inside document D2. A part interposed between the codes C1 and C2 in the file F10 is written as a file F40, and this part is written with codes C3-C5 so that a file F30 can be prepared, and a file F50 for designating a vertical writing format to the inside document D2 is prepared, and the files F30, F40, and F50 are distributed as a set of electronic documents. When read by a computer 200 for reading in which a plug-in P2 is added to an HTML browser P1, the outside document D1 is displayed by the function of the browser P1, and the inside document D2 is displayed so as to be vertically written by the function of the plug-in P2. |
