PURPOSE: A vehicle grommet is provided to enhance workability and waterproof property at the same time by well installing a panel between a vehicle room and an engine room. CONSTITUTION: A grommet contains a panel installation part(9) having a groove(7), and a waterproof part(11) extended to the panel installation part. The panel installation part includes an annular protrusion(13) grabbed by a worker and a hollow portion(15) inside. The hollow portion has an annular guide(19) for wiring and the annular guide is connected to the inside of the panel installation part. A left sill(21) of the panel installation part is higher than a right sill(23). The waterproof part has many annual waterproof sills(25) for the waterproof property of a wiring(17).
