TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR

PURPOSE: A temperature compensation crystal oscillator is provided to oscillate stable frequency by compensating the change of the frequency stability generated by external temperature change. CONSTITUTION: The temperature compensation crystal oscillator has a peripheral circuit part(100), a temperature compensation part(200) and a bias circuit part(300). The peripheral circuit part(100) generates a reference frequency signal for signal transmission. The temperature compensation part(200) is supplied with the reference frequency signal from the peripheral circuit part(100) and compensates the frequency for the variation of the reference frequency signal by the element whose resistor value is varied depending on change of external temperature. The bias circuit part(300) is supplied with a bias voltage and the reference frequency signal to oscillate the reference frequency signal.
