PURPOSE: An adjustment mechanism of a print position is provided to adjust the print position promptly with precision. CONSTITUTION: A print roll(1) is connected to the front end of a handle(2) for a label maker to print characters on a label by lifting up and down of the handle. In the print roll, plural protrusion pillars(26) are formed at the front end of the handle. Through holes(10) are formed on the print roll to make the protrusion pillars pass therethrough. Thereby, the print roll is guided to the protrusion pillars to be movable back and forth. Plural spring fitting holes are formed inside each through hole of the print roll to accept a spring(28). The spring fitting holes have a spring holder at the front end of the print roll to support an end of th spring without passing through the print roll. If characters are printed out of a print range of a label, the print roll is moved back and forth by an adjustable bolt(4) connected to a support plate(3). Therefore, the print position is adjusted.
