PURPOSE: A method for controlling the transfer of gas generated in the carbonizing chamber of a coke oven is provided to constantly maintaining the pressure inside the gas collecting pipe by installing a gas control damper at a gas collecting pipe in an individual carbonizing chamber and controlling the degree of damper opening according to the generation amount of a generated gas changed according to the charging time of coal in a coke oven before sending the gas into a main gas collecting pipe. CONSTITUTION: In a method for controlling coal gas generated when charging coal into a carbonizing chamber of a coke plant, the method comprises a first step (61) of transmitting the calculated coal charging time to a control panel by continuously calculating the charging time of coal in the carbonizing chamber in a working schedule process computer; a second step (62) of searching a set value determined in advance corresponding to the calculated value in the first step (61); and a third step (63,64) of controlling the degree of a damper as much as the set value in order to maintain a constant pressure based on the set values corresponding to the results searched in the second step (62), wherein the set value determined in advance in the second step is set in a certain time unit. |
