CERAMIC SLURRY, CERAMIC GREEN SHEET AND METHOD OF PRODUCING MULTILAYER CERAMIC ELECTRONIC PARTS

PURPOSE: To uniformly disperse a ceramic powder without giving excess damage to the ceramic powder and to efficiently produce a ceramic slurry almost free from foreign matters and suitable for producing multilayer ceramic electronic parts. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing a ceramic slurry comprises dissolving a binder into a solvent, then filtering the resultant solution to obtain a filtrate containing the binder free from undissolved binder which is likely to cause mixing of foreign matters, then adding thus obtained filtrate containing the binder together with a solvent and a dispersant to a ceramic powder and mixing/dispersing. Or, a method of producing the ceramic slurry comprises mixing/ crushing a ceramic powder having an average diameter of 0.01 to 1 μm and a dispersing medium (solvent) by a medium-type dispersion method using dispersing media such as round stones or beads to obtain a mixed/crushed slurry and dispersing the mixed/crushed slurry at a high pressure of >= 100 kg/cm2.
