摘要 PURPOSE: A passenger air bag door structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent a passenger from injuries caused by broken pieces of glass and to prevent an air bag door from obstructing the inflation of an air bag by opening the air bag door with a fixing device connecting the air bag door to an air bag module when inflating the air bag. CONSTITUTION: A passenger air bag module(20) is mounted in a crash pad(10) and deployed above the crash pad through an air bag door(11). Since integrally installed in the air bag module, the air bag door is opened with the air bag module. A fixing device(40) consists of a supporting member(41) fixed in the air bag door and a locking hook(42) whose one end is inserted into the supporting member and the other end is inserted into the air bag module. The supporting member contains two insertions(43) with two fixing holes(44) at the center of the insertions. When the locking hook is inserted into the insertion, a protrusion(45) of the locking hook is locked with the fixing hole of the insertion. Thus, the air bag door is opened with the air bag module.
