PURPOSE: A management controller of a mobile communication terminal is provided to check a status of the terminal, report an error to a terminal user by a short message and to manage an erroneous network element parameter. CONSTITUTION: A performance management agent(102) collects data from a man machine interface, report the error to an MMS(Mobile Management System) server, and manages the collected data. A fault management agent(104) finds out the error, and reports it as alarm data to the MMS server. A configuration management server(106) manages a plurality of data related to the mobile communication terminal so that the data have a hierarchy architecture. A threshold management agent(108) operates with a reference threshold value when it operates initially. The threshold management agent(108) changes, modifies, deletes and adds a threshold value, when it receives the threshold value from the MMS server. |
