PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a large inner space of a switch and thus improve a freedom degree of design, while reducing a cost. SOLUTION: A dial portion rotatably mounted on a cylindrical fixing portion, and a rotating switch disposed in the outside of the dial portion and having a plurality of contacts, are connected to each other while interposing a gear portion formed on a peripheral side of the dial portion and a driving gear interlocking with the gear therebetween. For this reason, the rotating switch can be disposed at any place in the outside of the cylindrical fixing portion. Thus, a size of an inner part of the cylindrical fixing portion can be changed in a free manner, while a position of the rotating switch can also be changed in a free manner.
