SOLUTION: A branch part 35 is arranged in a driving means 19 of upper and lower moving members 5, 6, and the end of a branched branch driving passage is connected to corner part blocking-up members 8, 9 to directly and vertically move the corner part blocking-up members 8, 9 by the driving means 19 together with the upper and lower moving member 5, 6.
