PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector having a rear holder, which does not require advanced dimensional accuracy in molding, and has little distance in transfer direction of its movable mold and low in cost. SOLUTION: The connector 1, having a rear holder consists of rear holders 20a, 20b which are provisionally hooked and regularily hooked ranging over a housing 2 which has two or more terminal inmate rooms 3, and its both-sides section, and a retain hole 22 and a retain nail 23 are formed inside of a piece 21 of the rear holders 20a and 20b. Moreover, over the whole surface at the housing 2, a provisional hook projection 4 which has a taper surface 5, and a hooking step 6 in the shape of taper are provided and a contacting face 7 that inclines down to a front to an upper surface of an end part of the housing 2 is formed. Therefore, while the hook hole 22 is hooked to the provisional retain projection 4, and the rear holders 20a, and 20b can be moved rotational, the retain nail 23 is hooked to the hooking step 6, and the rear-holder 20a and 20b are retained provisional to the housing 2 by back surface of the rear- holder 20a and 20b being retained to the contacting face 7.
