PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a delivery valve by a simple means without enlarging a scroll type compressor and increasing a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A delivery valve 117a is fixed to an end plate part 112b in a state of being sandwiched between the end plate part 112b of a turning scroll 112 and a bearing 116. Thus, since the thickness of the end plate part 112b can be made thinner than when fixing the delivery valve 117a to the end plate part 112b by a bolt, the delivery valve 117a can be fixed to the end plate part 112a by a simple means without enlarging a scroll type compressor and increasing a manufacturing cost. In its turn, since the dead volume can be reduced, efficiency of the scroll type compressor can be improved.
