RECORDING POWER CONTROL METHOD OF OPTICAL RECORDING REGENERATION APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A recording power control method of optical recording regeneration apparatus is provided to improve jitter characteristic and to record a data without upgrade of new firmware by setting up new writing strategy or a similar writing strategy using recording power condition detected when loading new disk. CONSTITUTION: It is judged as to whether information related with recording of a disk inserted is the disk to be set previously(S2). If information related with recording is not the disk to be set previously, new information related with recording is generated as the result of judgement(S5, S6, S7, S8). The data is tried to be recorded and regenerated at test region varying the information related with recording generated. A writing strategy of the disk inserted as the information related with recording varied is decided in case that the value regenerated through the previous stage(S9, S4).
