PURPOSE: A blower of an integral air conditioner is provided to ventilate polluted indoor air under user's desired conditions when an integral air conditioner is run. CONSTITUTION: A blower of an integral air conditioner consists of: a vent member(26) fixed to a wall face of an air guide(24) for guiding cold or hot air discharged to inside; a vent paths arranged with regular distances on the vent member to be useful as air paths; a grip portion(29) controlling flow and isolation of indoor/outdoor air by operating a blower(25); and a rotational shaft(28) extended from the grip portion and fixed in the center of the vent member to open/shut vent holes with the vent member depending on movement of the grip portion. When a user pulls the grip portion forward, the rotational shaft is closely attached to the edge of the vent holes. The center of the vent member is pulled forward and the vent member becomes convex to form an air flow space between the vent member and the vent holes. Therefore, the inside is ventilated through smooth flow of indoor and outdoor air via the air flow space.
