PURPOSE: A mud guard firmly fixes a mud guard to a fender without using separate fixing parts and reduces noise so as to attribute to reduce producing cost and improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A traction plate(11) protruded on the surfaces of a fixed part(2) and a horizontal part(4) is integrally formed between the fixed part(2) and the free end of the horizontal part(4). The mud guard(1) is strongly fixed to a fender(6) by pulling the upper end of the fixed part(2) and the free end of the horizontal part(4) to the direction of the vertical and the horizontal sides of the fender(6) without extra parts and increasing the number of work process.
