PURPOSE: A polyester film and a producing method thereof are provided to have improved endurance traveling property. CONSTITUTION: An undrawn sheet is produced by being cooled by using a cooling roll after extruding polyester. Then, the sheet is pre-heated for being drawn for over 4 times for being relaxing heat treated at a heat processing temperature. Herein, a relaxing ratio is 2-10%. The sheet is cooled for being drawn for 1.1-1.2 time to a longitudinal direction, and being relaxing heat treated to longitudinal and traverse directions. An inert particles are added for improving sliding property and endurance traveling property. Herein, calcium carbonate, silica, alumina, barium sulfate, or titan oxide is used for the inert particle.
