PURPOSE: A hand strap makes a hand rail ring to be easily installed to a hand rail pipe. CONSTITUTION: A hand strap includes fixing holes(8'), a clamp(9) and a supporting pin(11). The fixing holes(8, 8') are formed to cross each other on one end of a belt(3). The clamps(9) is of box form with both sides thereof opening and have protrusions(10, 10') fixing and fixing the fixing holes(8') formed on the inner bottom thereof. The supporting pin(11) is inserted into a bent part(3'') of the belt(3) formed under the clamp(9) by inserting the belt(3) to the inner side of the clamp(9) and inserting the other end of the belt(3) between the belt(3) and one end of the belt(3).
