PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami facing repairing method to simply, rapidly and firmly supplement broken warp and weave new rushes therein. SOLUTION: In this method for repairing the broken warp of the tatami facing, the rushes in the vicinity of a broken warp area are removed, warp for repair is inserted in upper and lower spaces of the rushes across the removed rush area, and at least one side thereof is inverted in the spaces around an intersection part of the rushes.
