PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable film using polyester resin as a main material extremely suppressing wrinkle, deformation, shrinkage unevenness or the like of the film. SOLUTION: This heat-shrinkable polyester film is obtained by drawing at least in uniaxial direction a polyester sheet satisfying the followings. (E'1)/ (E'h)<=10.0, and A<70 deg.C, (E'); storage elastic modulus, (E"); loss modulus obtained by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at frequency 10 Hz, 1 deg.C/min of programming rate, A; peak temperature of (E"), (E'1) ; value of (E") at A-5 deg.C, (E'h); value of (E") at A+5 deg.C.
