PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize earthquake resistance superior in simple structure by using an inexpensive timber used for a column. SOLUTION: The building of a framework structure fixes a sill 1A on a foundation 7, the column 2 is connected to the sill 1A, and furthermore, a beam 1B is connected to the column 2 to construct a building frame. The building of the framework structure connects the end of a bundling metal band 8 to at least any one of the foundation 7 and the sill 1A, and is fixed so as to bundle the building by the bundling metal band 8.
