PURPOSE:To surely protect privacy print data without processing print data based on a security condition before update accidentally after the security condition is updated. CONSTITUTION:A print job control part 22 uses transmission time attached on a print Job to control the setting/update of a security condition table 30, and compares a job name registered on a security job name holding means 28 with the job name of the print job to be accessed in order, and updates the content to set the security condition table 30 or the set content by the content of a down-load job in the print job when the print jobs with the same job name are detected. The following print job is judged whether or not it is a security object by the content of the security condition table 30 after update. |
