PURPOSE: Provided is a running machine which receives image, music or other ambient surroundings from recording media in the midst of exercise to represent so that it maximizes exercise efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The running machine comprises the parts of: an input tool which installs exercise mode and exercise surroundings; a reproduction tool which reads various information recorded from specific record media(10); a central processing and control tool(11) which analyzes information stored in the record media, creates exercise mode and surroundings and checks physical state by exercise; a motor driving tool(12) which adjusts rotation speed of a DC motor(M1) in a rolling board and slide angle of the rolling board; and a display tool which displays various information to inform many information about exercise and physical state by exercise.
