PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the write and change of character data on an entry form, which can be mutually shared, and to confirm contents while utilizing a PC speech equipment. SOLUTION: Terminal equipment or server device connected through a communication network is provided with a function, which can correct the entry of the entry form related to a contract on both sides, and various kinds of documents can be cooperatively prepared or preferably, mutual intention communication is performed while using telephone equipment on a computer system. Concerning the telephone equipment on the computer, a voice cutting is prevented by using the transmitting system of a packet to be transmitted/ received at an interval of <=60 msec, preferably, <=20 msec.
