PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for lessening heating and stably operating a high power piezoelectric transformer. SOLUTION: The laminate piezoelectric transformer has a structure wherein piezoelectric flat plates 10, 11, 12 mutually different in polarizing direction are laminated through electrodes 13, 14, 15, 16. The electrodes 13, 14, 15, 16 each have the entire surface electrode constitution, and for the electrode leading out at input/output parts, the coating with insulation materials 93, 94, 95, 96 and the coating with conductive materials 90, 91, 92 are selectively made.
