Time/space switch with multiple functionality can implement all necessary functions for network of from very small to very large coupling capacity

The switch has a time coupling unit (AMUX1,SM1;...) for time association of a number of data channels, a spatial coupling unit (RKMUX0,..) for spatial time association of the of data channels, a data channel sequence correction unit (BPMUX0,BP0;..) for correcting a time sequence of a number data channels and a control unit (CM0,..) for driving the coupling units and/or correction unit depending on a selected operating mode. Data channels from a time frame are stored in memory cells selectively driven by address selection stages.
