PURPOSE: An audio control head device of a magnetic recording player is provided to control height of an audio control head installed on a substrate without using a supporting plate, so as to reduce the number of components for high productivity. CONSTITUTION: Many cushion members(2, 2a, 2b) are installed on a main base(1). A substrate(4) having an audio control head(3) is fixed by many screws(5, 5a, 5b), to be contacted with upper parts of each cushion member(2, 2a, 2b). On the substrate(4), one pair of long guide holes(6, 6a) are formed to insert the screws(5, 5a). On a lower side of each cushion member(2, 2a, 2b), hooks and bosses are formed. On the main base(1), hook holes and boss holes are formed to insert the hooks and the bosses. On an upper part of each cushion member(2, 2a, 2b), many holes and ribs are sequentially formed.
