PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and good-lookingly join a chain ring to a cylindrical container, save man-hours and costs by reducing the need for process and deformation of the container and the chain ring, improve the connection between the chain ring and the container, make each members connect stably, and enhance suitability of the container for clothes, ease of taking out the container, its operationality, and the like, in a perfume container or a cosmetics container carried using a chain ring. SOLUTION: An article engaging ring 5 connected to a hang-stop ring 7 by a chain material 6 is a circular element having flat surfaces 5b on the obverse and reverse sides thereof. At the flat surface, a target article (a perfume container, or the like) is held between an engaging step part 4 formed on an implement body 1 and a cap 3 mounted in a covering state on a projectingly fitted part of the implement body 1.
