PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proof floor structure superior in water proofing and in appearance. SOLUTION: A soft synthetic resin sheet is placed on a floor portion for water proofing, the edge of the sheet is raised along a wall portion and the raised sheet edge is covered with a baseboard. Drain facilities are provided on the floor portion on which the soft synthetic resin sheet is placed.
