PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multiphase heterozygous particle comprising two asymmetrically disposed portions that are different in quality and have their respective exposed areas along the particle surface; and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The particle is made of conjugate diene polymers, comprising a polymer phase (A) and another polymer phase (B) respectively unevenly distributed at their respective portions, which have their respective exposed areas along the particle surface. At least one of the monomer units (preferably having a polar functional group) for preparing the polymer phase (A) is characterized by being different from those for preparing the polymer phase (B). The particle can be manufactured by molding a polymer particle A composing the polymer phase (A), and under the presence of the polymer particle A, the monomers for preparing the polymer phase (B) are polymerized.
