PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush block with a brush implanted therein which is easy to fit to a base, easy to detach, inexpensive, water-resistant, oil-resistant, and used in a table, etc., for transferring an article of a machine. SOLUTION: The brush block comprises a block body 15 having an attachment head portion 16 to be attached to the fitting hole 22 in the base 11 and the brush 17 implanted in the attachment head portion 16. The block body 15 is formed of a flexible polyethylene. The attachment head portion 16 is of a downwardly tapered section. The maximum width portion of the attachment head portion 16 is larger than the width of the fitting hole 22 in the base 11.
