PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent pinholes from being generated, and eliminate fear for the leakage of a housed article in a plastic bag comprising a body member, a gusset member and a bottom member, for which a rectangular bottom surface is formed by the bottom member when the body member is stretched with the gusset member. SOLUTION: One layer 2a of the gusset member and one layer 1a of the body member are heat-sealed along both side edges of the body member, and are bonded. Also, the other layer 2b of the gusset member and the other layer 1b of the body member are heat-sealed along both side edges of the body member, and are bonded. Then, respective layers 5a, 5b, 6a and 6b of the bottom member partially enter the inside of the region of the heat-sealed width W1.
